How to work on fitted joinery?

When we receive the inquiry, we will start communication with the client on project information, supply scope, delivery schedule, etc.

Based on the specs from the client, we work out the rough cost for budgeting purpose. The specs shall include material, finish, layout plans, elevations, sections, details, etc.

IF the client approves the budget proposal, we both parties shall sign off the budget contract so as to proceed further.

With the budget contract signed off, we will assign the senior technicians to visit the site. They stay there until site measuring finished & shop drawings finalized.

According to the final shop drawings, we will accurately calculate the cost and update the contract value. Final contract signed off before mass production.

Then we start mass production as per the final drawings approved by the client. During production, we implement 100% inspection for each process from raw material to packaging and delivery.

We provide the guidance book for installation, and send the senior technicians to the site to supervise the installation progress and train the local workers.

Our installation supervisors stay at the site until installation is completed and ready for the client’s final inspection.
